Bill Hembree
Bill Hembree was born in Villa Rica, Georgia and is a Republican State Representative in the Georgia House of Representatives. He is from the state's 67th district and represents parts of Douglas County including the large town of Douglasville and Hembree's hometown of Villa Rica.[1]
