Bill Devin

Bill Devin (1915, in Rocky, Oklahoma – 2000)[1] was the founder of Devin Cars. He was a major influence on the automobile industry by demonstrating the world's first (dual) OHC driven by rubber toothed belt.[2]

Henry Manney describes Devin in the July, 1961 Car and Driver as "The Enzo Ferrari of Okie Flats."
