Big South Fork Airpark is a privately owned airpark (also known as a fly-in community) located in Oneida, a town in Scott County, Tennessee, United States.[2] It is located at 36°26′57″N 84°35′45″W / 36.44917°N 84.59583°W,[1] next to the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, and its 125,000 acres (510 km2) of national park land.

Big South Fork Airpark, started by the Pegasus Group, opened to residents in July 2008. It occupies 400 acres (160 ha), including land subdivided for houses and personal hangars, stables for horses, and equestrian riding trails.[3][4] The community has left the environment intact by obeying strict rules on how and where homes could be built.[5]
