The Biddeford City Hall is located in Biddeford, Maine. The building was designed by noted Maine architect John Calvin Stevens in 1895. The brick large building is three and a half stories and includes a clock tower and belfry. The tower formed part of the skyline of the town and is now one of the last remaining remnants of 19th century Biddleford.[2]

The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 24, 1973.[2] The building contains Biddeford's City Theater and is also a part of the Biddeford Main Street Historic District.[3]
