The Benjamin Cole House is a historic house at 412 Old Warren Road in Swansea, Massachusetts, United States. Built in 1701, this house is the oldest documented building in Swansea. It is a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure, with a large central chimney. The exterior has Federal-period styling (probably added in the late 18th century), and an ell, built c. 1850, extends to the rear of the main block.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
