Benefication (metallurgy)
Benefication is an incorrect spelling of beneficiation. In extractive metallurgy, beneficiation is any process which removes the gangue minerals from ore to produce a higher grade product (concentrate), and a waste stream (tailings). Some beneficiation processes are froth flotation[1] and gravity separation.
