Ben Greenfield
Ben Greenfield is a fitness, triathlon, nutrition expert and New York Times Best Seller. He has authored many books, articles and DVDs. Ben was voted one of the most influential people in health in 2013.
Background
Ben has a BA and MA from the University of Idaho in sports science and exercise physiology and personal training. He also has strength and conditioning certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).[1]
Personal
Ben is married to Jessica Greenfield and they have twin boys.
