Benjamin Alo Charles Atiga (born 5 May 1983 in Auckland) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer who plays centre and fullback. Atiga is a product of Auckland Grammar School. He has played one test for the All Blacks, after being called into the 2003 New Zealand World Cup squad as an injury replacement.[1] He played for Auckland in the NPC and for the Blues in Super Rugby, before retiring from professional rugby in 2008 to start a business.

After his break from rugby, in April 2010 it was announced that he would rejoin the Auckland Rugby Union and the Auckland Blues. After a season in Auckland, Atiga was signed by the Highlanders for the 2011 season, following numerous injuries in the squad. He started from the bench against Hurricanes in his return to top tier rugby. He subsequently played the 2011 ITM Cup with Otago.

In April 2012 signed with Edinburgh Rugby for two seasons.
