Beltar Basaha is a Municipality in Udayapur District in the Sagarmatha Zone of south-eastern Nepal. This Municipality was established merging two Village Development Committee i.e. Beltar, Nepal and Basaha since 18 May 2014.[1][2] At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 8903 people living in 1743 individual households.[3]
