Belmonte del Sannio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Campobasso and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 887 and an area of 20.2 square kilometres (7.8 sq mi).[1]
