Begwary is a small hamlet located in the Wyboston, Chawston and Colesden parish of Bedfordshire, England. Begwary is situated to the north of the parish, near Colmworth and Honeydon.

Begwary is a very small rural settlement. However it does contain Begwary Brook, a marsh of the River Great Ouse, managed as a nature reserve by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
