Before We Go (previously titled 1:30 Train) is a romance film directed by Chris Evans in his directorial debut, and starring Evans, Alice Eve and Mark Kassen. It is scheduled to be screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival.[2]

Plot

A young woman in New York City races to catch the 1:30 Train to Boston. On the way she is robbed. She is lost in the dark underbelly of New York at night with nothing and no one.

Cast

Production

The production was first announced in August 2013, when Chris Evans signed on to star, as well as make his directorial debut.[4] Further casting continued in October when Alice Eve signed on to play the female lead.[5]

Filming began in December 2013 in Manhattan’s Lower East Side and took 19 days to shoot.[1][6]

In July 2014, it was announced that the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival had selected the film to premiere at the festival but had changed its title. What was previously 1:30 Train changed to Before We Go.[7][8]

Music

The film will be scored by Chris Westlake.[9]
