Beatrice "Trixie" Helen Worsley (October 18, 1921 – May 8, 1972)[1] was the first female computer scientist in Canada.[2][3][4][5] She received her Master's degree in mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1946 and her Ph.D. from Cambridge University.
