Bazaliia

Bazaliya (Ukrainian: Базалія) is an urban-type settlement in the Teofipol Raion (district) of Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. It is located on the Sluch River at around 49°43′N 26°28′E / 49.717°N 26.467°E / 49.717; 26.467.
Bazaliya was first founded in 1570, and it has had the status of an urban-type settlement since 1957. Its current estimated population is around 2,114 (as of 2001).
