The Battle of Lođa (Serbian: Бој на лођи, Boj na Lođi, Albanian: Beteja e Loxhes) was a battle that occurred in 1998, during the Kosovo War. The Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kosova (FARK) fought the Yugoslav army and Serb security forces.

Battle

The Battle of Lođa was a counter-strike against the FARK and UÇK after a guerrilla attack against Serb security forces killed two Yugoslav policemen patrolling the area.[4] After the Battle, in July 1998, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kosova disbanded.
