The Bat and Ball Ground is a cricket ground in Gravesend, Kent. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1848, when West Kent played an All-England Eleven.[1]

In 1849, Kent played an All-England Eleven in the grounds first first-class match. From 1849 to 1971, the ground held 145 first-class matches for Kent, the last of which saw them play the Pakistanis during their tour of England.[2]

The ground has also played host to 24 matches involving the Kent Second XI in the Minor Counties Championship and Second XI Championship.[3][4]

In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home venue of Gravesend Cricket Club[5] who play in the Kent Cricket League.
