Bassim Abbas Gatea Al-Ogaili (Arabic: باسم عباس كاطع العقيلي, born July 1, 1982 in Iraq) known as Bassim Abbas for short, is an Iraqi professional footballer.
He currently plays as a defender for Baghdad football club in Iraq and the Iraq national football team.
