The Bartlett–Hawkes Farm is a historic house at 15 Winnetaska Road, in the village of Waban, Newton, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this 2.5 story timber frame house was probably built c. 1736 by Ebenezer Bartlett. It was significantly expanded in the 1820s, c. 1895, and c. 1915. It is the oldest Federal style building in Waban.[2]
The house was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on September 4, 1986.[1]
