The barred fruiteater (Pipreola arcuata) is a species of bird in the Cotingidae family.
It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. Population is stable, as they are considered common.[2]
