The Sovereign Barony of Caux is a micronation founded in 2001 on the basis of an ancient hereditary barony. It claims territory in Shropshire, UK, and in the Pays de Caux in Normandy, France, but is based in Toronto, Canada.[1]
The Barony claims to be "The World's Oldest Continuous Feudal State."[2]
