Barney Kiernan
Barney Kiernan is a fictional character in James Joyce's novel Ulysses. He is the owner of a public house where Leopold Bloom comes for refreshment after Paddy Dignam's funeral, and where he has an altercation with the anti-semitic character. The Citizen.[1][2]
