Baranzai

Baranzai (Urdu: بارانزی‎)is a Pashtun tribe in the North West Frontier Province

Baranzai (Balochi: بلوچ ) is also a name of Baloch Tribe who live in Sistan and Baluchestan Province , Mir Dost Mohammad Khan Baloch was a Baranzai Baloch who ruled Western Balochistan till 1928. Then they migrated from Iran to Pakistan tribal areas The ruler was sardar Baran Khan in Balochistan,Pakistan tribal village Zamuran. The ruler was Sardar Baraan Khan baloch Barazai who was a great shooter fought against enemies when they came to accupied the Zumuran area. Now there is a large amount of Baranzai in Zamuran, Tump and in Turbat Kech.
