The Bank of Yokohama, Ltd. (BOY; 株式会社横浜銀行 Kabushiki kaisha yokohama ginkō) is a Japanese regional bank, operating mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture and southwestern Tokyo. It is one of Japan's leading banks, the seventh largest bank in Japan by market value (FY 2012). It is listed on the Nikkei 225.[2]
History
The bank was founded in 1920 as a regional bank to serve customers in Kanagawa Prefecture and southwestern Tokyo.
