The Banca di Credito Sardo SpA is an Italian bank headquartered in Cagliari, Sardinia. It was established in 2009 after the fusion with the Banca CIS (acronym of Credito Industriale Sardo) and the financial group Intesa Sanpaolo. In 2014 it was absorbed by the parent company.[1]

The Bank has 1,200 employees, 116 bank offices and 240,000 clients. The head office building, located in Cagliari, was designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano.
