Balkassar
Balkassar is a city, an administrative subdivision, of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan It is part of Chakwal district.It is located 95 km south of the federal capital, Islamabad[1][1] The city gets its name from the Kassar tribe, who also make up the bulk of the population.It has all muslim religious sections like sunni,shia,ehl e hadees,barelwi.It has a big iterchange connected to motorway M2.It has also many known restaurants,CHAMAN SADA BAHAR and SHEHRYAR RESTAURANT are very famous among these.COL.M.KHAN(late) a very famous writer of urdu literature belong to balkassar.DHERI TEA STALL and SAMUNDAR HOTEL are very famous tea points in this town.
