The Balasore College of Engineering and Technology, alternatively known as BCET Balasore is a private college which is affiliated to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology in Rourkela, Orissa, India. It is situated in the town of Balasore which sits between Kolkata, the capital of the state of West Bengal and Bhubaneswar, the capital of the state of Orissa. It consists of 8 academic departments with a strong emphasis on engineering research and skill training.

Established in the year 2001, it is one of the oldest private colleges of Orissa and the largest technical institute in the city of Balasore. It is an AICTE approved institute and is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute.
