The Baker House is a historic house at 191 Hornbine Street in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. This two-family house was built c. 1875-90, and is a rare period duplex in the town. It is said to have been built for the twin Baker brothers, John and Jim. It is a 1-1/2 story house with flanking single story ells, and a center entry portico flanked by matching bay windows. The house has late Italianate styling.[2]

The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
