Bainbridge Township is located in Schuyler County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 639 and it contained 282 housing units.[1]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 45.09 square miles (116.8 km2), of which 43.83 square miles (113.5 km2) (or 97.21%) is land and 1.26 square miles (3.3 km2) (or 2.79%) is water.[1]
