Bahadurganj (Hindi: बहादुरगंज) is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ghazipur district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India, at the southern bank of River Tamas.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Bhadaura (Satram Ganj Bazar) had a population of 16,177. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Bhadaura (Satram Ganj Bazar) has an average literacy rate of 55%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 59% of the males and 41% of females literate. 20% of the population is under 6 years of age.
