Aditya Singh, also known under the stage name of Badshah, is an Indian rapper[1][2][3][4] Singh has performed with legendary Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh with whom he launched his first track in 2006,[5]he has been one of the best friend of legendary rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh and his music has been featured in Bollywood soundtracks for films such as the 2014 film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.[6][7][8][9] He has also collaborated with artists such as Gippy Grewal.[10]
He did his schooling from 'Bal Bharati Public School', Pitampura, Delhi. He performed on his school choir which led to his singing career.
Prior to becoming a full-time musician he received education to become a civil engineer and has stated that if he had not become a rapper, he would "have been an IAS officer."
