Babu Shobha Ram Government. Arts College is a college in Alwar in Rajasthan state of India. It is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan and offers graduate and postgraduate courses in eight subjects namely English, Hindi, Sanskrit. Geography, History, Sociology, Economics, and Political Science. The college building is situated near Rao Tularam Circle. Raj Rishi College was bifurcated in 1978 into two separate colleges - Rajrishi College with Science and Commerce faculties and Government Arts College. In the year 1999, the Govt. Arts College was renamed after Babu Shobha Ram a freddom fighter from Mewat.
