BC Dynamo Saint Petersburg was a Russian professional basketball team that was based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
History
The club was founded in 2004, and within only a year, it won the FIBA Europe League championship in 2005, against Kyiv. After another year, the club went bankrupt in October 2006, right before the start of the 2006–07 season.
In the 2004–05 season, the club was able to play in the Russian Super League, where it was beaten by Khimki in the quarterfinals of the playoffs. In the 2005–06 season, the team finished in 2nd place in the Russian Super League in the regular season, and finally in finished in 3rd place in the Russian Super League, after the playoffs ended.
