B&N Bank is one of Russia’s largest commercial banks organized as an open joint stock company under the laws of the Russian Federation.

History

Founded in 1993, B&N Bank has the general license of Bank of Russia No. 2562.

The major shareholder of the Bank is its president Mikail O. Shishkhanov who owns 97,604% of shares.

B&N Bank offers a wide range of corporate banking services (including lending to large corporate clients & SME lending, payment and account services, international settlements, trade finance and ECA-backed finance, payroll services, leasing, etc.), retail banking services (deposits, credit and debit cards, overdraft facilities, etc.) and financial markets activities.

Dynamics of financial performance and a stable factor of reliability of bank are noted by national and international rating agencies: RusRating (a rating of solvency AA-/BBB-), National rating agency (a rating of solvency of AA-), Moody's Interfax (a solvency rating Baa1.ru), Standard & Poor's (a long-term rating "In", a short-term rating of "B").

The regional network of B&N Bank' accounts for more than 120 offices. In November 2008, B&N Bank entered into OJSC "Bashinvestbank"(Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan) capital.

On 2 April 2014 PrivatBank sold "Moskomprivatbank" to B&N Bank.[1]
