Axel Helsted

Axel Theophilus Helsted (born Copenhagen, April 11, 1847 - died there February 17, 1907) was a Danish painter. Son of the painter Frederik Ferdinand Helsted, he studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. He painted the altarpiece of the Church of Christ in Copenhagen.
