Aurangzeb Road

Aurangzeb Road (Urdu: اورنگزیب مارگ, Hindi: औरंगज़ेब मार्ग) is one of the roads in New Delhi's Lutyens Bunglow Zone, Delhi, India. At the north-east end, it stretches from the Taj Mansingh Hotel at the round about of Mansingh Road, Shahjahan Road, Humayun Road, Prithviraj Road and a road to Khan Market in the north-east. At the south-west end it stretches up to the crossing at Kamal Atatürk road and Safdarjung Road joint. People who own a residence in Aurangzeb Road include several Indian billionaires like ArcelorMittal's L N Mittal, K.P.Singh of DLF and Max Healthcare's Analjit Singh.^[1] Member of Parliament Mrs. Manorama Singh also resides here. It is named after the Mughal Emperor of India, Abul Muzaffar Muhy-ud-Din Muhammadr Aurangzeb.

Junction

A single junction is formed at the crossing of Tughlaq road, named after one of the emperors in the Mughal Dynasty. Land in Aurangzeb Road is worth 500 crore (5 billion) rupees per acre.^[2]
