Audenshaw Metrolink station is a tram stop serving Audenshaw on the East Manchester Line (EML) of Greater Manchester's light-rail Metrolink system. The station opened on 9 October 2013 as part of Phase 3b of the system's expansion,[2] ahead of the originally-publicised schedule of the winter of 2013–14.[3] It is located on Droylsden Road at the junctions of Lumb Lane and Manchester Road.[4]

Services

Trams are scheduled along the East Manchester line westbound towards Manchester Piccadilly station before continuing through the city centre towards other destinations, whilst eastbound trams head towards Ashton-under-Lyne. Trams run every 12 minutes Monday-Saturday daytime, increasing to every 6 minutes at peak times. On Sundays and Bank Holidays, this reduces to a 15-minute service for much of the day.[3]
