Astictopterus abjecta, the Abject Hopper, is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Senegal, Gambia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Republic of Congo, Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo (Mayoumbe) and Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of forests and humid Guinea savanna.
