Ashleyhay (Old English Enclosure at the ash-tree wood or clearing[1] ) is a village and civil parish in the Amber Valley district of Derbyshire, England, about five miles north-west of Belper. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 105.
Ashleyhay also hosts the local music festival appropriately named 'The Ashleyhay Festival' which contains a variety of local bands and draws in locals from all of Derbyshire for the event.
