Ashgabat Railway Station (Turkmen: Aşgabat demirýol menzili) is the main railway station in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. It was built in 1888. The station is operated by the Türkmendemirýollary.

History

The station was built in 1888. Demolished - 1948 at the Ashgabat earthquake, built in 1950 on the foundations of the old railway station.

In 2009, completed the reconstruction. Turkish company "Belda Insaat" has carried out the design and radical reconstruction of the railway station.

Service

There are 7 train routes, 2 ambulances and five passengers. Train Ashgabat - Serakhs sent 2 times a week, and the rest - daily.[1]
