Arthur St. Clair Colyar

Arthur St. Clair Colyar (June 23, 1818 – December 13, 1907) was a Confederate politician who served in the Confederate States Congress during the American Civil War.

Colyar was born in Washington County, Tennessee. He represented the state in the Second Confederate Congress from 1864 to 1865.
