Arthur Samuel Mifflin (June 19, 1920 – April 16, 2010) was a Canadian politician. He represented the electoral district of Trinity North in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly from 1956 to 1966. He was a member of the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador.[1] Mifflin later served as Chief Justice of Newfoundland.[2][3]
