Arsen Balabekyan (Armenian: Արսեն Բալաբեկյան, born 24 November 1986), is an Armenian football striker. He currently plays for the Armenian Premier League club Ulisses Yerevan. The talented forward began his career at Kotayk Abovian, but soon found himself at Banants. In February 2011, he was in Red Star Belgrade on trial.
