The arrondissement of Confolens is an arrondissement of France in the Charente department in the Poitou-Charentes region. It has 10 cantons and 139 communes since 1 January 2008, when four cantons that previously belonged to the arrondissement of Angoulême were added to the arrondissement of Confolens.
