Arotros is a genus of moths of the Bombycidae family. It contains the single species Arotros striata, which is found in Brazil.
The wingspan is about 45 mm. The wings are buff and all the veins and lines between the veins are brown. The base and half of the costal margin of the forewings is dark grey. The head is dark grey and the collar brown, with dark margins. The thorax and abdomen are buff, the latter with numerous longitudinal dark streaks.[1]
