Arnulfo Valenzuela (born 4 May 1959) has been a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2013. He is a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy.

Valenzuela was born in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico and was raised in Colonia Dublán, one of the Mormon colonies in Mexico. He received his secondary education at the LDS Church–owned Academia Juárez in Colonia Juarez. As a young man, Valenzuela served as a full-time church missionary in the Mexico Veracruz Mission. After his mission, he moved to Mexico City, where he met Silvia Pilar De Porras.They married in the Mesa Arizona Temple in 1982.

Valenzuela holds a bachelor's degree from Mexico City's University of Accounting and Administration Studies. He spent his career working as an executive for several different multi-national corporations. In the LDS Church, he been a bishop, a counselor in a stake presidency, a counselor in presidency of the Mexico Chihuahua Mission, and an area seventy. He became a general authority and a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy in April 2013.
