Arjun Bahadur Thapa
Arjun Bahadur Thapa (Nepali: अर्जुन बहादुर थापा) (born 12 January 1956) is a Nepali diplomat and secretary-general of the SAARC.
Education
He did his Masters in International Law (Honours) at Peoples' Friendship University, Moscow (1983) and Diploma in Environmental Management at The University of Adelaide, Australia (1994).[1]
