Argentina–Russia relations are foreign relations between Argentina and Russia. Diplomatic relations between both countries were established on October 22, 1885. The Soviet Union had established diplomatic relations with Argentina on June 5, 1946. Argentina has an embassy in Moscow and Russia has an embassy in Buenos Aires.

Celebrating 125 years of bilateral relations, in April 2010, Dmitry Medvedev paid a first visit of a Russian head of state to Argentina.[1]

In July 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Argentina, and signed a nuclear energy cooperation agreement with his Argentine counterpart Cristina Fernandez.[2]
