Ardys II
Ardys II was the twenty-seventh king of Lydia, and second king of the Mermnad dynasty, the son of King Gyges of Lydia; see List of kings of Lydia. He was succeeded by his son Sadyattes.[1]
Ardys attacked the Ionian Greek city of Miletus and succeeded in capturing the city of Priene.[2]
