António-Pedro Saraiva de Barros e Vasconcelos, GCIH (born 10 March 1939 in Leiria), is a Portuguese film director.

He is the middle of three sons of Guilherme de Barros e Vasconcelos (Celorico de Basto, Britelo, 28 December 1902 - 1984), a Lawyer and a Nobleman of the Royal Household, and wife (m. 30 July 1936) Palmira Henriqueta de Carvalho Saraiva (Portalegre, 28 August 1907 - ?).

He married firstly, on 21 August 1961, Maria Helena Marques (born 26 July 1939), whom he divorced, and had issue, and married secondly Maria Teresa de Carvalho de Albuquerque Schmidt, born in Cascais, Estoril, on 1 June 1952, whose great-grandfather was German, and had issue:
