KF Tirana
Agolli began his career with his hometown club KF Tirana as a child, progressing through the ranks of the club. He eventually joined the first team in the 2000–01 campaign, where he made his debut as a teenager. After spending one season and made it 18 appearances, on July 2008 he decided to move back on loan to his first club KF Tirana. Since his loan move back to Albania, Agolli has been part of a very successful season at the club as they are top of the league and made it himself 29 appearances and scoring 5 goals.
Kryvbas
He return in Vaasa at the end of April 2009 with a representative of KF Tirana to negotiate a permanent transfer to Albanian club. The clubs quickly reached an agreement and the transfer was published on 4 May. Suddenly in the beginning of July 2009 he moved to Kryvbas in Ukraine Premier League for big transfer sum, meeting there three compatriots Ervin Bulku, Dorian Bylykbashi and Isli Hidi also members of Albania national football team, he made 13 appearances with the club.
